NOFA's Farmer's Pledge
About Us / Fishkill Farms History: Fishkill Farms is a third-generation fruit and vegetable farm in East Fishkill, New York producing high-quality vegetables and fruits using organic and sustainable practices. We also produce delicious eggs from our happy pasture-raised chickens fed a non-GMO, organic diet.
We grow apples, peaches, black currants, blueberries, blackberries, pears, nectarines, and cherries, all of which are available for pick-your-own at our farm. We have both organic apples and Eco-certified apples--a combination of low-spray and integrated pest management.
Freshly pressed, preservative-free apple cider is available during the Fall, until Spring.
Our vegetables are certified by NOFA's The Farmer's Pledge and we also have a pick-your-own vegetable and flower garden.
We welcome farm visits, whether to pick our fresh fruits in season, try an assortment of local foods in the farm store, or to join our fruit and vegetable CSA. Our produce is also available at several farmer's markets locally and in New York City.
Our goal is to produce high-quality food for local customers, while practicing good stewardship of the land, so that it will nurture us for years to come. Our vegetables are grown organically, and our orchards are in transition, certified by Eco Apple for low-spray ecological methods.
