Gramercy Tavern is a cherished New York landmark restaurant, serving American food of the highest quality. Chef/Owner Tom Colicchio, Executive Chef John Schaefer and Pastry Chef Michelle Antonishek cook from the heart with a memorable blend of bold flavors and elegant refinement. The cooking is seasonal and the menus change often, with much of the produce sourced from the nearby Union Square Greenmarket. \n\n\nDiners can choose between the comfortable Tavern Room at the front of the restaurant, where walk-in tables and the bar are located, or the more formal main dining room, where three and seven course tasting menus are available.\n\n\nLunch is available in the main dining room Monday through Friday from noon to 2 p.m. Dinner is available Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 11 p.m. The tavern is open Monday through Thursday from noon to 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight; and Sunday from noon to 11 p.m.
