About Us / Highland Blueberry Farm History: cated near the coast in a small Waldo County town in Stockton Springs, Maine, Highland Blueberry Farm™ is elevated with gentle sloping fields facing a panoramic view of sky, rolling hills, forest, and the majestic Mount Waldo. Wild lowbush blueberries have grown here from the times of the Penobscot and Passamaquody nations. The clones or colonies of roots, vines and bushes grow in a bed of their own ancestors, carpeted over granite ledge. The sweetness, flavor and miraculous health benefits of these blueberries are unique in all the world. They are hearty, determined survivors that persevere in sun warming summer, and long, dark cold Maine winters. Our premium loose tea is combined with the sun-sweetened blueberry fruit of summer and the crimson-red blueberry leaves of fall to provide "a taste of wild Maine blueberries in every cup."
