Homegrown strives to serve the growth and long term health of farmers, ranchers, market gardeners as well as chefs, families, restaurants and consumers by developing a sustainable local network that supports the promotion and distribution of organic, all-natural, and fair trade food to the region.\n\nMembers place orders online from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday at 9am.\nOrders are ready for pick-up or delivery on Thursday each week.\n\nHow it works:\nThis is a virtual farmers market. You are purchasing products direct from real Florida farmers. The majority of our market's offerings are organic and locally produced within 50 miles of Downtown Orlando. Each item is clearly identified by it's grower and their cultivation standards. You can learn more about each farmer by visiting Our Growers. \n\nOur co-op also features lots of ready-to-eat locally prepared foods, vegan foods and handmade artisan products. Fresh, fresh, fresh! Most produce is harvested by our growers the same day you receive it. All non-local items will be clearly marked and sourced organic from as geographically close as possible. All Vegan items will be clearly marked in the item description. Bulk items such as grains, beans, nuts and dried fruits are available based on member requests. The origin and growing conditions are clearly noted.\nMembers order exactly what they want, in the quantities they choose.\nMembers can also select a Season's Pick Garden boxes, which provides a quick pick of the finest seasonal produce.\n\nOrders are placed on-line and picked up at convenient locations throughout the greater Orlando area.\n\nNon-members may try the service for two orders by paying a nominal 10% fee.\n\nCheck the website for current stock.
