This award-winning approach to dining delights our guests time and time again whether they are enjoying our eight-course 'Grand Tasting'; Menu, breakfast on the patio of their own casitas or a gourmet picnic lunch. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing wine selections complete any meal.\n\nPreparation and presentation are matched by the overall ambience of the setting. From the rustic 1760's Loire Valley fireplace to the large windows overlooking rolling hills, ponds and pastures, to the sophisticated yet comfortable appeal of our table appointments, we ensure that each culinary experience at The Inn at Dos Brisas exceeds expectations.\n\nThe foundations for a healthy diet begin on the farm: in the health of the crops and livestock and fundamentally in the health of the soil upon which they are raised. The definition of organic is something that is raised or conducted without the use of synthetic drugs, hormones or synthetic chemicals.\n\nThe organic gardens of Dos Brisas Ranch are proud to provide our restaurant with the freshest, most flavorful organic food possible that is grown, on-site. In most cases our ingredients are picked daily from the fruit, vegetable and herb gardens at their peak ripeness for unforgettable taste.\n\nThe Inn at Dos Brisas is proud to be a member and supporter of such a noble movement and in our efforts to create a beautiful, sustainable, organic landscape, garden and restaurant we have started a 1-acre, organic production farm of heirloom varieties of hundreds of season vegetables as well a berry patch, an orchard, herb garden as well as an organic hybrid heirloom rose garden. Our most recent project is constructing a green house and shadehouse which will allow us to extend the seasons of our own vegetables throughout the winter months and maintain a great variety in the shadehouse in the summer months.
