About Us / Morris Farm Trust History: The Morris Farm Trust recognizes that local, ecologically-sound farming is an essential yet threatened part of our heritage. Our certified organic 50 acres now support an all-Jersey dairy, a 68-tree apple orchard, a half-acre of Kilarney raspberries, a half-acre market garden and a smaller Children's Garden, a small pastured poultry operation, workhorses, dairy goats, Angora rabbits, and three dozen laying hens. \n\nThe remaining 10 acres of our land is wooded and features an interpretive trail that connects to trails that wind through an adjacent forest. A yurt in the woods provides housing for the farm's summer residential campers.\n\nA variety of our products are offered for sale in the farm lobby, including certified organic free-range eggs, broiler chickens, and pork. Raspberries are available all summer, either at the farmstand, or through our pick-your-own program.\n\nCall ahead to reserve an Organic Thanksgiving turkey! Pick two pints for the farmstand, and take one home for free! \n\nOur Jersey milk, unpasteurized and unhomogenized, is available in quart and half-gallon containers emblazoned with the Morris Farm's own colorful label.\n\nCustomers can use the "self-serve" refrigerator in the farm's front lobby to purchase the milk at $3.00 a half-gallon. \n\nWe are committed to education in sustainability, offering programs for school-age children, including field trip programs, after school programs, day camps, and activities specifically geared towards home schooled children. Farm tours and events are happening throughout the year.\n\nContact us for more information!
