About Us / Pork On A Fork History: We provide fresh, premium pork directly to consumers. We are a small 4th generation farm from Nebraska who over the course of time have been able to perfect our porks quality. All our hogs are disease free and raised all natural with absolutely no antibiotics or growth hormones. Every hog is raised with care and then the best are hand selected to be processed by our USDA inspected partner, Main Street Market. It is then shipped to Pork on a Fork to be sold directly to the consumer. Each cut of meat is individually is sharp froze and cryovaced to preserve freshness.
