About Us / The Boiler Room Restaurant History: The Boiler Room Restaurant brings to Omaha a restaurant that provides the full experiences. Chef Paul Kulik's menu reflects a love of farm fresh foods and changes daily to feature the best and most exciting ingredients. \n\nThe local providers that we use are found within 90 miles of our restaurant. These include Td Niche Farms for pigs, Bluff Valley for lamb, Plum Creek for chickens, Hollenbeck Farms for beef, Honey Creek (mainly), Brothers in Farms, Birdsong Farms, Black Sheep, and Shadowbrook farms for produce, and Shadowbrook and Branched Oak Farm for dairy. We have also purchased artisan/farmstead cheeses for a number of US producers. All are organic with most featuring heirloom varieties. All very passionate about their products.
