About Us / Untitled History: Located at the Whitney Museum of American Art, Untitled is a new restaurant from Danny Mayer's Union Square Hospitality Group, offering a contemporary, farm-to-table take on the classic Manhattan coffee shop and the simple, comforting and seasonal cooking of Executive Chef Chris Bradley (formerly the Executive Sous Chef of Gramercy Tavern.) Untitled is open for breakfast and lunch daily, brunch on weekends, and dinner Friday-Sunday. Designed by Rockwell Group, the restaurant is located on the lower level of the Museum and is accessible both to Museum visitors and non-museum guests (who need not pay museum admission to visit Untitled).\n\nThe all-day menu features updates on coffee shop classics, all made with carefully sourced, local ingredients: freshly baked breakfast pastries, eggs and omelets, pancakes, salads, soups, sandwiches and burgers, Four & Twenty Blackbirds pies, Betty Bakery cakes and Blue Marble ice cream for dessert. Visitors can also stop by for Stumptown Coffee. Guests are served on a walk-in basis; reservations are not accepted for breakfast/lunch.\n\nWeekend dinner at Untitled sustains the farm-to-table format – but transforms itself from "coffee shop" to American bistro. Untitled is open for dinner every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, featuring a family style menu for the whole table that changes each weekend based on what's fresh in the market ($46 per person, not including beverage, tax and service).
