About Us / Weston Hill Farm History: Weston Hill Farm is a small family farmstead , located in in the Helderberg Mountains of upstate New York. We raise Registered Romney , Border leicester and longwool cross sheep . We cater to those who are interested in wonderful grass fed lamb, gorgeous spinning fleeces, quality wool yarns and roving and other products we raise on our farm . We carry knitting yarns , roving ,hand crafted gift items , fiber art and photography and lambskin rugs and freezer lamb . Eileen Testo is an award winning fiber Artist who creates fiber sculptures that delight , from the fleeces her flock of sheep produce. Many of her sculptures can be seen at local galleries , festivals or can be purchased by contacting the farm.We sell our own farm fresh eggs and also grow and sell wonderful fresh and dried Herbs . > Patrick Testo has won numerous awards on both local and national levels, for his photographic accounts of our " cast of characters" that live with us on the farm.
