Community Capacity

Definition:

The knowledge, skills, participation, leadership and other resources needed by a community to effectively address local issues and concerns.

Example of Community Capacity:

The ability for a community to find solutions for local issues is influenced by the community capacity to use the resources and the skills that are present in the people.
