Rustic Foods

Definition:

While there is no universally-accepted definition of "rustic food," the implication is that every aspect of the meal has been prepared by you, using fresh ingredients from where you live.

Example of Rustic Foods:

Farm dining in Sicily are gaining popularity amongst travelers as it gives an authentic experience of a traditional rustic Italian food. The meal usually includes hearty Italian sandwiches, traditionally prepared steaks, and not forgetting an excellent Italian wine to pair it with.
