  • Grilled Fish Tacos
  • 6 (6 oz.) fish fillets (grouper or mahi mahi)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • corn tortillas, heated in the oven or microwave
  • salsa verde
  • chopped green onions
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped fresh cilantro
  • avocado slices (salted, peppered, and sprinkled with lime juice)
  • cotija or feta cheese
  • lime wedges


  • Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Season fish fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place fish fillets on grill rack. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side (until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork). Season again to your liking and top with freshly squeezed lime.
Notes: This is my favorite quick Spring / Summer dinner or sports party entrée!
